About the Role:
Join L&D New Corp as a PUM in our vibrant Phoenix, AZ office! This exciting position offers you the chance to make a significant impact in our dynamic team, where innovation meets collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) are a plus.

L&D Hydraulics since 1978 Has been performing hydraulic equipment sales and repair service for heavy construction, railroad and industrial equipment in Arizona for almost 50 years. L&D started as a small family owned repair shop. Founded by David and Roger Mandel, brothers who migrated west in the early 1970s. With roots in farming and mining, they started out repairing small hydraulic jacks, pumps, motors and cylinders. Over the years L&D Hydraulics has been able to expand its capabilities to repairing major heavy duty components, Jacks, supplies and tools to the mining and heavy civil industry. Since 1995 L&D Hydraulics has been servicing the southwest regions Mining Industry with great success. We have over 50 years of combined experience and our company has earned a great reputation for fair pricing, quality parts, service and repairs that last. The company is family owned and operated along with our great staff of Technicians.
